Chief Executive of training organisation Alffie, Paul Licuria, will discuss the benefit in establishing a values-based culture and its strength through times of growth and change.
Founder of social enterprise Puka Up, Wayne Schwass, will discuss his commitment to raising awareness about mental health and emotional wellbeing. Having battled silently with mental health problems for much of his sporting career, Schwass’ vision of Puka Up is to “create the environments for every person to have authentic and genuine conversations about mental health and emotional wellbeing”.
All delegates will take part in a workshop with Collingwood's Leadership and Culture Manager and Pies premiership captain, Nick Maxwell, with the seminar to be facilitated by business, performance and personal development coach Rik Rushton.
